Any company that is generating, buying, or selling leads of any consumer located in the United States may be subject to FCC One-To-One regulations. See Additional Resources for more information. 

Technical implementation ranges depending on the scope of the company. Many end buyers may need to do little to no technical work while other companies may need to implement multiple facets of the SIT-BAC standard which may require dedicated technical resources.

Yes, companies may wish to use a Supported Lead Platform for an "out of the box" solution or for faster implementation. As an open source standard, every company is however free to host its own version of SIT-BAC.
